FREE VIEWING

The viewing of the pentagonart site is free, but when you register for the site or purchase from us you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement each and every time you use the pentagonart site. Please read this agreement so that you are fully informed and have fully understood this agreement.

ENGLISH LAW

English law shall govern each transaction including ( without limitation ) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales.

You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sales.

REGISTRATION

You warrant that the personal information you must provide when registering as a customer is true and accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use any false name that you are not authorised to use. In order to register you must be 18 years old or older.

DEBITING

Your credit or debit card will be debited when you press the submit button at the end of the purchase process.

If an order is not accepted,it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. The product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued.

2. We have been unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

3. The identification of a price or a code is incorrect.

4. An issue has been identified with your eligibility to purchase from our site.

DELIVERY

We aim to ship your order within 7 working days. Your package is insured during transit.

Your purchase will be rolled in corrugated paper and inserted in a heavy triangular tube.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

We hope you are happy with the high quality of printing and paper and that your purchase will give you years of pleasure. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery

To return an item , please E-mail us on pentagonart@ freeuk.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will process your replacement or refund you within 14 days of receiving your return.

The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT

Each product purchased is sold subject to its description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct when entered onto our data base. We do our best to keep all information updated but it is possible that at any given time the information given may not be absolutely correct at the time of your purchase.

Please note that whilst every care is taken to portray our prints accurately there are instances where there may be colour variations between the settings on your own monitor and the true colour of the print.

PAYMENT

All prices include VAT at 17.5% (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering onto our database.

The total cost of your purchase is the price of the product plus DELIVERY CHARGES. as stated on our web site.

For all orders to be shipped outside the European Union ; any applicable duties or taxes for the import of products into such countries are the sole responsibility of you , the ordering customer.

payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this web site.

When placing an order with us, you are confirming that the credit or debit card being used is your own or is being used with full authorisation of the legal card holder.

REFUSAL OF ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction or refuse service to you at our sole discretion.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

pentagonart reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time, and the new version will be posted on our web site. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.

SEVERABILITY

in the event that any term of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

pentagonart employs industry standard measures to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. we will store all data on a secure server network and will ensure that all personal information will be kept confidential at all times, unless to disclose it by law under the provisions of current or future Data Protection legislation.

When you purchase from this web site we will ask you for personal information such as your name, E-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and credit card information. We may only use your information to process your order and to provide a service that meets our customers needs.
